The Solo - Controller is a device that supports Bluetooth communication with a smartphone installed with the Solo app. The Controller is responsible for opening a Solo controlled door when a user with appropriate access permissions presents their smartphone to the Solo - DoorTag. The Solo - Controller, 12V 1A PSU, with plastic housing includes a PCB unit and 1A power supply unit in a 200mm x 200mm plastic box. Installation - The Solo - Controller comes with a label showing instructions for required connections. The unit has a voltage free relay to switch any lock or electrical device. Exit buttons, door contacts and alarm devices may also be connected. Solo - Controllers communicate with the cloud via Solo users' phones. This removes the need for any network infrastructure on site. Operation - When a valid user presents their smartphone to the Solo - DoorTag, the controller receives a grant access message from the users phone via Bluetooth® communication and unlocks the door.
