ZP Radio Survey Kit
The successful design and performance of any radio detection system is determined by a survey of the building/area being protected. The ZP Radio survey kit helps establish the viability of a radio installation in buildings/areas by allowing a pre-installation survey to be conducted within the standard operating parameters of the system. The ZRT4ST-3 confirms the signal strength at every desired location and helps confirm the overall design with a clear go or no go indication.
NOTE: Radio fire alarm equipment should not be installed without having carried out a survey.
Kit consists of:
1 x Signal surveyor - This is positioned in the required location of an RLM, Radio hub, or RCC
1 X Pole mounted survey tool - This is positioned in the proposed location of a radio device i.e. detector, manual call point etc.
1 x Device survey pole - comes in 4 sections which can be joined together to extend the reach of the pole mounted survey tool, enabling readings to be taken in difficult locations
1 x Mains charger - Required to recharge the signal surveyor unit
Kit is provided in robust carrying case
