Delivery within the UK will be charged at a flat rate (excluding oversize items). Delivery will be charged at a standard delivery rate of 8.00 excluding VAT per online order. Every endeavour will be made to adhere to next working day delivery for UK mainland orders placed before 2 pm (dependent on stock levels). Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2 pm during the working week will be processed on the same day. Depending on stock levels, JEM Systems UK aim to deliver (UK mainland) next working day. JEM Systems UK will inform the buyer at the order processing stage if items are not in stock including estimate lead times; In which case an agreed decision to part ship will be made between JEM Systems UK and the buyer. JEM Systems UK accepts no responsibility and/or liability for consequential losses caused by delays in delivery.
