Delivery within the UK will be charged at a flat rate (excluding oversized items).

Delivery will be charged at a standard rate of £8.00 excluding VAT per online order.

Every effort will be made to achieve next working day delivery for UK mainland orders placed before 1 pm (subject to stock availability).

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 1 pm on working days will be processed the same day. Depending on stock availability, JEM Systems UK aims to deliver (UK mainland) on the next working day.

If items are not in stock, JEM Systems UK will inform the buyer during the order processing stage and provide estimated lead times. In such cases, an agreed decision regarding part-shipment will be made between JEM Systems UK and the buyer.

JEM Systems UK accepts no responsibility or liability for consequential losses caused by delays in delivery.
