UK Delivery
All prices on our website are shown excluding VAT.
- UK Standard delivery: £7.50 excluding VAT per online order.
- Free UK delivery on orders of £150 or more excluding VAT.
- Free collection from our Poole warehouse, Monday to Friday until 3:00 pm (see below).
The standard rate excludes oversized items or orders requiring special delivery arrangements. Other delivery services, where offered, are shown with their price at checkout.

Delivery Times
- Items in stock at our Poole warehouse: orders placed before 2:00 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day and usually arrive in 1 to 2 working days.
- Items held at our other warehouses or partners: delivery in 1 to 3 working days.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm, or at weekends or on bank holidays, are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless a specific delivery service has been agreed.
If an item is not immediately available, we will provide an estimated lead time during order processing. Where an order contains both available and unavailable items, JEM Systems UK and the buyer may agree to a part-shipment so that available products can be dispatched without waiting for the complete order.

You can collect your order free of charge from our warehouse, Monday to Friday until 3:00 pm (UK time):
