Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

Delivery within the UK is charged at a standard flat rate of £8.00 excluding VAT per online order, excluding oversized items or orders requiring special delivery arrangements.

For UK mainland orders placed before 1:00 pm on a working day, we aim to provide next working day delivery, subject to stock availability.

Worldwide Delivery

JEM Systems UK can also arrange international delivery. For shipping rates and available delivery options outside the UK, please contact our team at info@jemsystems.co.uk before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 1:00 pm on working days will normally be processed on the same day.

Subject to stock availability, JEM Systems UK aims to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless a specific delivery service has been agreed.

If an item is not immediately available, we will provide an estimated lead time during order processing. Where an order contains both available and unavailable items, JEM Systems UK and the buyer may agree to a part-shipment so that available products can be dispatched without waiting for the complete order.

Delivery Delays

While every reasonable effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

JEM Systems UK accepts no responsibility or liability for consequential or indirect losses resulting from delayed delivery.
