JEM Systems supplies fire alarm, security, access control and life-safety products to installers, contractors, facilities managers and electrical wholesalers across the UK, from our warehouse in Poole.

Trade accounts and quotes on request

Trade accounts and trade pricing are available on request for business customers. Tell us about your business and the systems you install or supply, and our sales team will come back to you.

  • Project and volume quotes for panels, devices, cabling and accessories on one quote.
  • Quotes for larger orders: if your basket is over £500 (ex VAT), ask us for a quote before you order.
  • Free UK delivery on orders of £150 or more (ex VAT), or free collection from Poole, Monday to Friday until 3:00 pm.
  • Design support for fire alarm, CCTV and access control systems, and BIM modelling.
  • Genuine, brand-new stock from leading fire and security brands.

How to apply for a trade account

Email info@jemsystems.co.uk with the subject "Trade account application" and include:

  • Company name and registered company number (or sole-trader name)
  • VAT number, if registered
  • Trading and delivery addresses
  • Main contact name, phone number and email
  • The types of system you install or supply (for example fire alarm, intruder, CCTV, access control) and your approximate monthly spend

Request a quote

Need pricing for a project, a large quantity, or an item not shown online? Send us:

  • Part numbers or a description, and the quantity of each item
  • The delivery postcode and the date you need it by
  • Any drawings, schedules or specifications (PDF or Excel is fine)
