Common questions
How much does a design cost?
Every design is quoted before we start, based on the size of the building and the scope of the work. You approve the price before any work begins.
Do I get a design certificate?
You receive a design pack that your BAFE registered commissioning company can sign off. Certified design packs are coming soon; ask your account manager.
Can you work from a site survey instead of drawings?
Yes. Send photos, measurements and a rough sketch and we will draw the plan for you.
How fast is delivery?
Stocked items ship next day from Poole on orders placed before 2pm. Special order items are quoted with a lead time on the kit list.
Can you supply a Revit model as well?
