About Zeta Infinity ID2

Zeta Infinity ID2 is Zeta's intelligent 2-wire fire alarm system. It gives the benefits of a 2-wire installation (less cable, quicker installation, lower labour and product costs) while the panel individually identifies ('I.D.') each device. Detectors, call points, interfaces and sounders all connect to the same 2-core zone circuit, with no separate sounder circuits needed. ID2 panels are designed to EN 54 parts 2 and 4, and the system meets BS 5839 parts 1 and 6.

Because ID2 devices sit on radial circuits, the system suits new installations, retrofits to conventional systems and replacement of existing 2-wire systems, often without re-wiring. It can also be wired as a single loop.

Zeta Infinity ID2 panels

Each zone takes up to 15 devices, with up to 80 loop sounders per panel, a 2048-event history and 20-character zone and device descriptions.

ID2 repeater panel

The Infinity ID2/REP fully functional LCD repeater shows alarms and faults from the ID2 panel at a second location. It connects over RS485, with up to 8 repeaters per system.

ID2 detectors and devices

Detectors (white / black): ID2-OP, ID2-BOP optical smoke; ID2-OH, ID2-BOH combined smoke & heat; ID2-HR, ID2-BHR rate of rise heat; ID2-HF, ID2-BHF 60° fixed heat; ID2-HFCS90 90° fixed heat.

Detectors with integrated sounder: ID2-OP/S, ID2-BOP/S, ID2-OH/S, ID2-BOH/S, ID2-HR/S, ID2-BHR/S, ID2-HF/S, ID2-BHF/S, ID2-HFCS90/S.

Call points and accessories: ID2-MCP indoor manual call point (with surface back box, bezel and cover), plus the CP4-CV cover, CP4-FMB flush mount bezel and CP4-KEY reset keys for CP4 and ID2 call points.
