Kentec Fire Alarm, Extinguishant and Disabled Refuge Panels
Kentec Electronics designs and builds its control panels in Kent, across three families. Sigma CP covers conventional detection in 2, 4 and 8 zone versions in both 2-wire and 4-wire form, with Sigma CP-A for AlarmSense two-wire systems and Sigma CP-R repeaters. Syncro AS is the analogue addressable line, in 1 and 2 loop builds with or without enable keyswitch and available for Apollo, Hochiki and Argus Vega protocols, joined by the single loop Syncro AS Lite, Syncro View repeaters and the marine approved Syncro ASM panels. Panels and power supplies of this type are covered by EN 54-2 and EN 54-4.
Extinguishant release is a Kentec speciality. Sigma XT, XT+ and ZXT panels cover 2, 4 and 8 zones across one to four protected areas, while Syncro XT+ brings extinguishant control onto an addressable loop in 1 and 2 loop, 1, 2 and 4 area versions. Sigma Si and ZSi status units come in 6 and 10 LED formats, in standard and weatherproof builds, with manual release and mode select keyswitch options, backed by hold off, abort, extract and main/reserve keyswitch units.
The Safe-Point range handles disabled refuge, with 2, 8, 16 and 32 way control panels in radial and loop wired versions, Type B outstations with induction loop, and accessible toilet alarm kits. We stock supporting parts too: 2.5A, 5.25A and 10.25A power supplies, battery boxes up to 65Ah, Syncro I/O, relay and sounder boards, semi-flushing collars and panel spares.
