The Kentec K02000M2 is a boxed Sigma CP ancillary board. It adds volt-free fire, fault and coincidence relay outputs, plus zonal outputs, to a Kentec Sigma CP conventional fire alarm control panel. The board is in a steel enclosure styled to match the Sigma CP-R repeater. This version is powered from a 24 V DC supply.
It connects to the control panel over a two-wire RS485 serial link. Up to 7 ancillary boards can be connected to a panel, and they can be mixed with Sigma CP-R repeaters and sounder boards, up to 7 of each type. Each unit is given an address from 1 to 7 with a DIL switch. The data cable from the main panel to the last unit must not exceed 1200 m.
