Can you change the battery in a FireAngel smoke alarm?

Alarms with a sealed 10 year battery, such as the ST-622T, are replaced as a whole unit at end of life. Models with a replaceable battery, such as the SB1-R, take a standard 9V battery.

Where should a FireAngel carbon monoxide alarm go?

In the same room as the fuel-burning appliance, following the positioning guidance in the alarm's instructions. In England, rented homes need a CO alarm in any room with a fixed combustion appliance other than a gas cooker.
