The Kentec K586H is a loop expansion card for the Hochiki ESP protocol. It adds a second detection loop to a single-loop Kentec Syncro AS fire alarm control panel.
Kentec specifies that an additional loop card must use the same protocol as the panel's existing loop. The card mounts on the left-hand side of the main board on connectors X7 and X8. If a network card is fitted, it is removed and then refitted on top of the loop card.
