The Rutland TS.3204 is a Certifire-approved, surface-mounted scissor arm overhead door closer in a polished brass finish (TS.3204.SLFB.PVDPVD). It uses a rack-and-pinion mechanism for reliable closing strength and long service life, and is ideal for mid-range contracts on single and double-leaf doors, including timber fire doors from FD30 to FD120. Power is fixed at size EN3 or EN4, selected by the fitting template.
