The Rutland TS.5204 is an economical, easily adjustable scissor arm overhead door closer in a silver finish (TS.5204BC.SRFB.SESE). Power is adjustable by spring from EN2 to EN4, back check is fitted as standard, and its low opening force helps installations comply with BS 8300 and UK Building Regulations (Approved Document M). It suits a wide range of door types, including timber fire doors from FD30 to FD120, and can be fitted in standard, parallel arm or transom positions.
