The Rutland TS.FIRETRAK.115 (TS.FIRETRAK.115.SNP) is a surface-mounted electromagnetic slide arm door closer with cam action, in a satin nickel plate finish. It is designed for fire and smoke compartmentation doors. The integrated electromagnetic hold-open lets people pass through freely, and when the fire alarm activates or the manual switch is used, the door closes in a controlled way.
Power is adjustable by spring (EN2–5) and the closer can be fitted in any position. It suits high-traffic areas and doors that need to meet BS 8300 and Approved Document M accessibility requirements. The electromagnet runs on a 24V DC supply, for example the Rutland PSU.1224.9.
