The Aico Ei146e is a mains powered optical smoke alarm from the Aico 140e Series with a replaceable 9V alkaline back-up battery. Its large optical sensor chamber gives a quick response to slow, smouldering fires, and it is suitable for hallways, landings, living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms.
It can be interconnected with other Aico alarms and accessories by hard wire, or wirelessly by RadioLINK when fitted to an Ei168RC RadioLINK base. The back-up battery will need changing over the alarm's 10-year life.
