The Eaton VoCALL CFVCSHFG is an analogue Type B outstation in green, for surface mounting. Type B outstations are defined in BS 5839-9 and are used as disabled refuge call points, giving full duplex, two-way voice communication with the VoCALL master unit.
The unit is compact and easy to use, with a press-to-call button, a cancel button, a high volume ringer, status LEDs and tactile Braille signage. It can be used on all VoCALL systems and is designed for multi-disability users, with high contrast signage in line with RNIB guidelines and an induction loop coil for hearing aid users. BS 5839-9 recommends Type B outstations only where background noise is below 40dBA.
