The Geofire Weatherproof fire door holder (3-59-0801-G006) is a 24V DC, IP65 wall-mounted electromagnetic door holder with a 1200N holding force. It holds fire doors open for convenient access through busy doorways and releases them to close when the fire alarm is triggered and the supply is removed.
The magnet and keeper plate are both steel and zinc plated. Its robust construction suits most applications in all types of building, and its high level of ingress protection makes it particularly suited to outdoor and maritime use. Electrical connection is via an IP65 connector supplied with the magnet.
