The Hochiki ALN-ENM is a marine-approved analogue addressable photoelectric (optical) smoke sensor in an ivory case, fully compatible with Hochiki's ESP analogue addressable protocol.
Hochiki's High Performance chamber removes the need for ionisation sensors in most applications and allows a higher threshold level, improving the signal-to-noise ratio and reducing false alarms. The chamber is easy to remove for cleaning and its baffle design lets smoke in while keeping out ambient light. Hochiki's marine range is based on its ESP and CDX ranges and is approved for marine use by DNV under the EU Marine Equipment Directive (MED), for ships, oil platforms, offshore installations and wind farms.
