The Nittan EV-HIOP-SB-SCI (part no. F16-82050) is an analogue addressable high output sounder beacon for Nittan Evolution fire alarm systems. It is a Type B outdoor device rated IP65, combining a rocking armature sounder with a high-power LED beacon and a built-in short circuit isolator on the -ve line.
It uses the Evolution FSK signalling protocol and is EEPROM addressed with a programmer. The sounder offers 32 tones selected by DIP switch, three of which are approved tones.
Nittan notes that +ve and -ve isolator styles cannot be mixed on one system, so check panel compatibility with Nittan technical support before specifying.
