The Rutland TS.3204 (TS.3204.SLFB.PNPPNP) is a Certifire-approved, surface-mounted scissor arm overhead door closer in a polished nickel plate finish. It is designed for mid-range contracts and fits almost all common door types. It uses a rack-and-pinion mechanism for reliable closing strength and long service life, and has been tested to over 500,000 closing cycles.
The power size is set at EN3 or EN4 by template during fitting. It is fire tested in popular door cores and suits FD30 to FD120 timber fire doors up to 1100mm wide and 80kg. Rutland recommends it for lower-use doors where assisting BS 8300 compliance is not a requirement.
