Signaline FT-68 (SL-FT-68) is a fixed temperature linear heat detection cable with a red PVC sheath and a 68°C alarm temperature, approved by UL, cUL and FM Global. It detects a build-up of heat anywhere along its length: when any point reaches the alarm temperature, the heat-sensitive polymer between the two internal cores melts, the cores touch and an alarm is initiated. Sold per metre.
