The Advanced PLED/M3/P/DIM is a Panel-LED 3-hour maintained emergency luminaire with dimming control, from Advanced's LuxIntelligent range (now listed by Advanced as obsolete). Only 12mm thick, it drops into a standard 600mm square tile opening in exposed-T suspended ceilings, and provides high-output, uniform, glare-free 4500K white light.
The emergency version fully supports all the features of the LuxIntelligent addressable test system and complies with EN 60598-2-22. The emergency equipment is housed in a separate galvanised remote metal housing, and in the event of a power failure the luminaire continues to operate for 3 hours from its NiMH batteries. Maintained versions can be used for standard mains lighting and automatically provide emergency lighting on loss of the normal supply.
