The Hochiki SPC-ET is a two-wire conventional optical beam smoke detector made up of an emitter and a receiver. It covers a distance of 5 to 100 m between the two units, giving up to 1500 m² of coverage.
On a conventional system, the emitter and receiver can be powered directly from the zone, or the emitter can use a separate 24 VDC supply. It can also be interfaced to Hochiki's ESP system by connecting the receiver to a CHQ-SZM single zone module or CHQ-DZM dual zone module. A termination module fits a standard UK dual back box for surface or flush mounting, with Schottky or Zener line continuity options.
