The Cameo HARK (Help and Assistance Response Kit, CSHK1) is a complete disabled toilet alarm kit in white polycarbonate. It meets the BS requirement for disabled toilets to be fitted with an emergency toilet alarm and helps with compliance with the DDA, BS 8300, Approved Document M and other care standards.
Pulling the red cord lights the reassurance LED on the pull cord unit, illuminates the reset unit and sounds its internal sounder, and triggers the over-door indicator/sounder outside the room. Pressing the illuminated reset switch returns the system to normal. The kit can be linked to multi-way remote indicator panels, disabled refuge outstations and, via a 12V relay unit, to BMS, fire, intruder or paging equipment.
