It alerts users to intrusions, deters trespassers, reports door openings, indicates entry and exit delays, and notifies if alarms have occurred in the system. The device is powered by enhanced pre-installed batteries that last up to 2.5 years. Using the Superior Jeweller radio protocol, it provides a secure wireless connection to an Ajax hub or range extender at a distance of up to 3,500 m.
