The Apollo 45681-211APO Isolator Base is a dedicated base for the Apollo Isolator 55000-720 on XP95, Discovery and CoreProtocol addressable loops. The isolator is placed at intervals around the loop so that, if a short circuit occurs, only the section between two isolators is affected; power and data are restored automatically once the fault is cleared. The base is designed to accept only the 55000-720 isolator.
