The Apollo 45681-293 is a red lockable cap (base cover) for Apollo sounder bases. It lets a sounder base be used as a stand-alone device, with no detector fitted, by closing off the top of the base.
Apollo lists it for the XP95A Sounder Beacon Base and the Discovery Base Sounder. The cap is secured with a 1.5mm Allen screw; an Allen wrench (Apollo part no. 29600-095) is available separately. White (45681-292) and black (45681-296) versions are also available.
