The C-TEC BF366 is a 24V 5A polarised relay on a plate for 24V fire alarm systems. A keyswitch lets the relay be temporarily isolated during routine testing and maintenance, so that equipment such as autodiallers, sprinklers or roller shutters does not operate. While isolated, a warning beeper sounds so the unit is not left isolated by mistake.

Note: when triggered from a sounder circuit, the relay returns to normal when the fire condition is cleared or silenced. Check with the approving authority that this arrangement is acceptable before installation.
