The Ceasefire Automatic M Series 1kg wall mounted extinguisher (CF-001411C) is a self-actuating fire suppression unit filled with the clean agent Fluoroketone (FK-5-1-12). It is fitted with a sprinkler-type discharge head with a 79°C quartzoid glass bulb and a non-return valve, so it detects a fire and discharges automatically with no power supply or human intervention.
It is designed to give 24/7 automatic protection to spaces where people are rarely present and manual fire detection and firefighting is a challenge, such as engine areas and boats. The wall mounting bracket means it takes up no floor space, and FK leaves no residue, so it is safe on electronic equipment.
