The Edwards 4-AUDTELS-E is the audio and telephone interface/riser module for the Edwards EST4 life safety control platform, EN54 version. It mounts to the 4-CPU-E and processes information from a paging microphone (4-MIC-E) or firefighter master handset (4-FT) mounted directly to the right of the CPU.
It also provides audio input/output and is the source for a firefighter telephone riser that supports remote handsets. Up to four line-level balanced audio connections can each be programmed as an input or output, and several 4-AUDTELS-E modules can be used on one network.
