The HAES MZAOV-1002 is a multi-zone automatic opening vent (AOV) control panel with a 5 A integral power supply and a large graphical LCD. It has two detection zones as standard and can be extended to four. It controls smoke vents, windows and roof lights, and the detection zones accept conventional and twin-wire devices.
Key features
- 5 A integral power supply unit
- Large graphical display; easy to program
- Up to 4 detection zones (2 as standard), conventional and twin-wire
- Up to 4 external inputs from other detection systems
- Up to 4 monitored actuator outputs for controlling smoke vents
- Fireman's switch input overrides all other inputs; user switch inputs can be configured as local fireman's switches
- Thermostat input for ventilation mode, with vents openable in 10% steps
- Actuators can operate independently or linked together as required by EN 12101-9
- Optional rain sensor, PIR and BMS control
- Staggered actuator start to avoid combined start-up currents
- All inputs and actuator outputs monitored for short and open circuit; monitoring of unused inputs and outputs can be disabled
