The Nittan STA-R1 is a remote indicator unit for Nittan fire detectors. It connects to a detector's remote indicator (RIL) output to give a separate visual indication when that detector is in alarm.
This version is the flush mount unit only, supplied without a back box (part no. F05-83205). Nittan also offers a surface-mount version with a back box (F05-83200).
