The 020-553 is the RS485 communication card kit for Notifier ID50 and ID60 single-loop addressable fire alarm panels. This optional card adds an RS485 serial interface so the panel can drive remote repeater panels. It is for the ID50 and ID60 only; the ID61/ID62 use the 020-479 card.
