The Notifier DST3 is a metal air-sampling tube for the Notifier/System Sensor duct smoke detector housings. It is for ducts 60 cm to 120 cm (0.6 to 1.2 m) wide.
The tube is fitted across the duct so that air flowing through it is drawn into the detector housing. Housings such as the conventional D2E are supplied without a sampling tube, so you need to order the correct DST tube for the duct width separately.
