The ECO1003 A is a conventional (non-addressable) photoelectric smoke detector from the System Sensor ECO1000 range. It uses an optical chamber combined with an ASIC to detect fires quickly and accurately, and works on both 12 V and 24 V DC systems.
An integral LED latches on to give a local alarm signal until the detector is reset by a short power interruption, and an optional remote LED can repeat the alarm. It can be alarm-tested remotely with the ECO1000RTU laser test unit.
