The S300PTU is a menu-driven, hand-held programming and test tool for System Sensor Series 300 conventional detectors and their variants. It gives access to the settings and logs stored in the detector.
It communicates at close range (about 30 mm) through the detector's indicator LED, using an LED and opto-diode built into the tool.
