The Notifier SMK400EAP-IV is a surface mounting adaptor kit for the B501AP intelligent detector base used with Notifier Opal (NFX series) addressable detectors. It allows the base to be surface mounted when the ceiling construction prevents the use of conventional recessed metal electrical junction boxes. This is the ivory version, for use with ivory detectors and bases.
