The STI-1210A Sounder/Strobe Damage Stopper® is a virtually indestructible protective cover for fire alarm sounder, strobe and sounder/strobe units, supplied with an enclosed, weather-resistant back box 4in deep with neoprene gasket. It is designed to prevent vandalism and accidental damage to signalling devices while slots in the cover allow the sounder or fire voice speaker to be heard.
Both the cover and the circular back box are moulded from clear, thick polycarbonate that is UV-stabilised against discolouration. It retrofits over the device to be protected, comes complete with mounting hardware and gives easy access for servicing. The enclosed 4in deep back box includes a neoprene gasket for weather resistance.
