The Xtralis F-PC-HE-6 is a harsh environment VESDA ASD Sampling Hole Clip with a 6.0 mm (15/64") sampling hole, supplied in a pack of 5. It clicks over a 10 mm hole drilled in 25–27 mm aspirating sampling pipe to give an accurate, colour-coded sampling hole on aspirating smoke detection pipe networks.
Key features
- Pre-engineered sampling hole for faster, more consistent installation and commissioning
- Harsh environment version with a flexi-lip that changes shape under compressed air, helping to break up ice, fibre or dust build-up; suited to freezer applications
- Colour coding (to the IEC 60062 resistor colour code) shows hole size at a glance, even at height in warehouses and large open spaces
- One 10 mm drill bit for every sampling hole; fit the clip to set the hole size
- Chamfered hole entry helps reduce dust loading at the sampling hole
- Supplied ready to fit: no assembly or tools, clicks firmly into place and does not slip
- Anti-pressure-shock design suited to automatic purge systems
