The VESDA VPS-220-STX5 is an EN 54-4 certified 24V DC power supply designed to match the width, depth and curved styling of VESDA-E aspirating smoke detectors. It provides a 0.5A continuous 24V DC supply while charging standby batteries of 7, 12 or 14Ah, giving 24 hours standby plus 30 minutes in alarm for a VESDA VLF-500, VESDA-E VEP or VESDA-E VES detector, and for VESDA-E VEU detectors up to fan speed 5.
This is the matt black version, which suits the black plastic VESDA-E detectors. An internal channel accommodates the detector exhaust, which is useful when the 25mm exhaust pipe has to be run back to the protected area.
