The Videx CSW2220 is the IP concierge PC software and client server for the Videx VX2200 digital door entry system. It lets a concierge connect over a LAN or WAN to one or more VX2200 systems, with audio and video streamed, which is useful when one operator looks after several blocks or works from a remote control room. One is required per PC.
The concierge can intercept and divert calls, place booking calls to apartments and handle alarm calls from apartments. Each block needs a 2220A (audio) or 2220V (video) IP concierge interface to provide the Ethernet connection.
