The Advanced MXS-014 is a spare battery pack for the MXP-012 on-board thermal printer used in MxPro 4 multi-loop fire alarm control panels. Advanced lists it as suitable for printers made from 2005 onwards.
The on-board printer has its own built-in battery back-up so it keeps printing without interruption during a mains failure. Replacing a worn pack restores that back-up.
