The Advanced ULED/M3/P/MW is a Circu-LED decorative circular surface-mounted luminaire, 0.40m in diameter, in the maintained addressable emergency version with a microwave detector. It uses high-output white LEDs on a white aluminium base with a twist-on fire-retardant PMMA diffuser and delivers 1920 lumens on mains.
It is well suited to areas such as stairwells, where building owners may wish to use motion detection to cut unnecessary lighting in areas that are not permanently occupied. It works as standard switched mains lighting and automatically switches to 3-hour emergency operation from integral high-temperature nickel cadmium batteries if the local mains supply fails. It supports all features of the LuxIntelligent emergency lighting test system and complies with EN60598.2.22.
