The AirSense Stratos Remote Display Unit (RDU, 9-30802) is an LED bargraph repeater and status display that remotely mimics the status of a Stratos aspirating smoke detector. It is in 19in rack format, so several units can be mounted side by side in a 19in rack, or a unit can be mounted on its own in the 9-30817 housing.
The RDU connects to the SenseNET bus, which carries data between the unit and the detector, and a bank of switches selects which detector is repeated. It shows basic OK and fault indication, 4 alarm levels and a bargraph of the obscuration level, and is powered from a nominal 24V DC supply.
