It can operate for up to 7 years from a pre-installed battery. Superior DoorProtect Jeweller has a socket to connect a third-party wired detector. Superior DoorProtect Jeweller communicates with a hub via the Jeweller secure radio protocol to transmit alarms and events. The communication range in open space is up to 1,200m.
