Getting staff to where they are needed quickly and efficiently so they can attend to a patient is the primary purpose of any call system. Quantec-Pro’s corridor displays are designed to do just that. With clear, high-contrast and easy-to-read prioritised event text that can support place names of up to 24 characters, pinpointing where and what type of assistance is required has never been easier. Each surface-mounting display also features an onboard hi-output sounder that is able to generate a wide range of tones – including multiple HTM specific tones – to suit a care facility’s precise requirements. Call accept and event scrolling buttons also help ensure calls are handled in line with a site’s own CQC call response time targets – all of which can be logged on the system’s optional Surveyor2 Cloud based data management software. Features Designed to indicate incoming calls from a Quantec-Pro call system in corridors, staff rooms and nursing stations. Includes a high-contrast easy-to-read OLED display that can support place names of up to 24 characters. Also features an onboard sounder that can generate multiple standard and HTM specific tones and a series of buttons to accept and/or scroll through current events. Shows call type, call location and (depending on the device used to make the call) the User ID or name of the person calling. Highest priority calls are shown first with a message saying how many calls are waiting. Flash and sounder rates intensify to reflect the urgency of incoming calls.
