Like all Quantec-Pro calling devices, the feature-rich monitoring points are designed to not just look the part, but act the part too. Extremely versatile, they can be used to monitor drug cupboards, fire exits, equipment storage rooms, doorbells and even telephones. Any device with a normally open or normally closed switch can be connected to them meaning third-party equipment such as movement sensors, strip switches, flow switches and other devices can be monitored for activation. Should they sense a door opening or a piece of equipment triggering they can be set up to generate a standard or emergency call dependent on the needs of the site. Features A stylish monitoring point c/w resest button and isolation keyswitch for use on a Quantec-Pro addressable call system. Can generate a Standard or Emergency call when a fire exit or drug cupboard is opened (via magnetic contacts) or when a door bell rings. Can be used to monitor any device with a normally open or normally closed switch – ideal for interfacing PIRs, strip switches, flow switches and other devices to Quantec. Red/green reassurance LED. When isolated, the QP904’s reassurance LED will illuminate Green and the monitored door or device may be opened and closed without signalling a call on the system. Surface mountable.
