The LFX six-litre fire extinguisher fiercely tackles the unique risks of lithium-ion battery fire. It’s completely fluorine-free, with an NTA 8133 fire extinguisher certification that proves its reliability and effectiveness in extinguishing lithium-ion battery fires. With a fire rating of 27A, it’s suitable for devices up to 600Wh ratings, making this compact yet high-performing fire extinguisher ideal for environments such as supermarkets, which house large amounts of lithium-ion-powered scanners, as well as homes with devices such as hoverboards.
- The gloves provided within the bundle are made from aluminized fabric and Kevlar which provides radiant heat resistance up to 1000°C. The gloves have been tested according to EN 407:2020 where they achieved the maximum test rating in temperature tests for inflatability, contact heat, radiant heat, convective heat, and protection from molten metals. The gloves also have a 38cm sleeve which offers an additional layer of protection to the lower arms of the user.
