The CheckFire 117SS is a MultiCHEM fire extinguisher ID sign from the Contempo range, in a stainless steel finish and landscape 150 x 100mm format. It is designed to complement Contempo designer fire extinguishers in image-conscious settings, while identifying the extinguishing medium and the types of fire the unit can and cannot be used on.
CheckFire notes that fire extinguisher ID signs help meet the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 by showing the extinguisher symbol and the classes of fire it can and cannot be used on, next to the relevant extinguisher.
