The Evacuator Synergy+ Relay Interface (FMCEVASYNP6) lets the Evacuator Synergy+ wireless site alarm system control other equipment when the alarm activates. When an alarm signal is received over the 869MHz mesh radio network, the unit switches its volt-free contacts. For example, it can drop power to a turnstile so people can leave freely during a fire.
It runs on a 4.5V battery pack for up to 3 years, and an optional mains conversion kit is available for permanent installations. Evacuator advises using its Advanced Relay Interface instead when connecting to fixed fire alarm systems or other temporary alarm systems.
